Do you ship outside of the U.S.? We ship worldwide!
How long will it take to ship my order? For domestic (U.S.) orders, it can take anywhere from 2-5 business days after you receive a shipping confirmation. For international orders, it varies! Some international orders can take up to 14 days to arrive after a shipping confirmation is received.
How much is worldwide shipping? International shipping rates vary depending on destination. You can check your rates when you checkout after you enter your address.
How long does it take to fulfill orders? Processing and packaging your order can take up to 4 days after your order date. However, if delays occur we will notify you!
What do I do if I want to return something? If you're not happy with your purchase, we're happy to accept returns 30 days after your purchase date. Please email us at email@example.com to create a return. We will not refund any pieces that appear worn or broken.
Can I exchange something? We currently don't accept any exchanges. If you would like to try a new piece, please create a return by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Uh oh! My order came in broken or faulty, can I get a replacement? Things happen! We would happily send over replacements due to shipping or manufacturing-caused breakages. Just email us at email@example.com.
My order is lost, can I get a refund? If your order is lost for more than 30 days, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can issue a refund.
